I was skeptical but after one pot of beef stew that normally takes 3 hours and was done in 40 minutes, I was completely converted. I now use this at least four times a week for soups, grains, yogurt, and braised meats. Absolutely essential kitchen appliance.

Made pulled pork, chicken stock, and steel-cut oats all in the same day. The 8-quart size means I can batch cook enough food for the whole week. Cleanup is easy since the inner pot is dishwasher safe. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
